OUR HIRING PROCESS
We are proud to welcome new team members to the Florida’s Natural Family. If you’re considering employment with us, here’s what you can expect as a candidate.
1. ONLINE APPLICATION
Visit our current openings and apply to the job(s) that match your skills and interests.
2. ASSESSMENT
When applicable, once your assessment is complete, your application will be sent to the hiring manager for review. Only selected candidates will be contacted.
3. MANAGER REVIEW
Your resume and application will be sent to the hiring manager for further review.
4. PHONE SCREEN / INTERVIEW
If selected to move forward in the process, you will be contacted to schedule a phone screen and/or interview.
5. OFFER
If you’ve made it to the “offer” stage, you’ll undergo a background check and drug screening.
6. ONBOARDING
Upon screening clearance, you’ll be asked to complete onboarding paperwork, and later be invited to your new hire orientation.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE AN APPLICATION?
Applications take about 10 minutes, depending on your work history. Please include at least 5 years of experience.
CAN I APPLY FOR MORE THAN 1 POSITION AT A TIME?
Yes, you may apply to any number of positions that you qualify for.
WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR THE HIRING PROCESS?
Depending on how many candidates are being considered, it may take up to two weeks. We appreciate your patience as we carefully review all applications.
HOW DO I GET AN UPDATE ON THE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION?

Yes, Florida’s Natural uses a third-party vendor for background screenings, which typically look back 7 years (we require 5 years minimum). Additional screenings, such as a medical exam, may be required based on the role.
