Using Florida’s Natural Orange Juice adds the perfect pop of citrus to these bright and fluffy Orange Cream Scones.
Ingredients
Scones:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cubed butter, cold
- 1 egg, large
- 1/4 cup Florida's Natural® No-Pulp Orange Juice
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream, plus more for brushing
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Glaze:
- 1 - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 - 2 1/2 tablespoons Florida's Natural No-Pulp Orange Juice
