    This nutritional-powerhouse smoothie is loaded with turmeric and nutrients that will keep you energized and in good health.


    • 1 cup Florida’s Natural Orange Juice
    • 1 cup coconut water
    • 4 pitted medjool dates
    • 1 medium carrot
    • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 teaspoon turmeric
    • 1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
    • Pinch of salt
    • Chia seeds, hemp seeds, and/or rose hips for topping
