Ingredients

For the cake:

• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 teaspoons nutmeg
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
• 2 1/2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• Florida's Natural® Orange Juice
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 cups finely grated carrots (6-7 carrots)

For the frosting:

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 3-4 tablespoons evaporated milk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
