Orange Juice Carrot Cake

Orange juice lends a bright pop of citrus to classic carrot cake.
Ingredients
For the cake:
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- Florida's Natural® Orange Juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups finely grated carrots (6-7 carrots)
For the frosting:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3-4 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
