Orange Juice Holiday Fruit Cake

Holiday fruit cake is dressed up with Florida’s Natural for a fresh, citrusy take on this classic recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour, plus 3 tablespoons for dusting fruits
- 5 large eggs, room temperature for the best results
- 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
- 1 cup of butter, unsalted and softened for easy creaming
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, pick a good quality vanilla extract and not artificial extract
- 3/4 cup of Florida's Natural® orange juice
- 1/4 cup of whole milk yogurt
- 1/2 cup of golden raisins
- 1 cup of Fruit cake dried fruit mix
- 3/4 cup of glace green cherries
- 3/4 cup of glace red cherries
- 1/2 teaspoon of orange extract, optional if you want additional orange flavor
